Code Board

The purpose of the Code Enforcement is to protect the public health, safety, and welfare in existing buildings used for dwelling purposes. The department administrates and enforces sections of the Town of Welaka Code of Ordinances. We strive to work with the residents and businesses of Welaka to preserve and maintain the livability, values and integrity of our business and residential neighborhoods.
