In an effort to give the residents of the Town of Welaka better access to their government and to report issues or areas of concern, we have created this web portal. Any problems you report will be sent to both the Mayor and the Supervisor responsible for the area of concern reported.

We ask that you use this form to report specific issues, such as a particular street repair, an issue with a park, or other specific matters of concern.

We ask you to avoid using this form for general topics. For example, "all streets need to be fixed", or "a park needs to be completely upgraded". 

Also, please keep in mind that we will do everything in our power to address your issue; however, some issues might require expenditures that are not currently available in our budget or could be a Putnam County issue, not a Town of Welaka issue. In any event, we will contact you if you will allow us to and let you know if we cannot assist you at this time or if we need to refer you to another agency. We welcome your input and look forward to hearing from you.
